No cookies are set. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no social plugins, no embedded videos from third parties. Typefaces are served from this site's own server, not from a font CDN. There is therefore no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
The host, Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Zypern, records the usual access data (IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system) to deliver the site and defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a site that works and is not knocked over. The host is an EU company; the server location is set in the hosting panel and should be an EU data centre — then no third-country transfer arises from hosting at all.
What you type into the contact form — name if you give one, email address, message, plus the country your request comes from — is sent to info@mirajanssen.com so that we can answer you, and is not used for anything else. Delivery runs through our hosting provider's mail system (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Zypern) as our processor; the message is not stored on this site's server. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us. We keep the exchange until the matter is settled and delete it afterwards, unless commercial or tax law requires us to keep it longer.
Nothing is sold on this site. The books are sold by Amazon; ordering, payment and delivery run entirely through your Amazon account under Amazon's own privacy terms. This site only links there and learns nothing about your purchase.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to info@mirajanssen.com. You can also complain to a supervisory authority — for us that is the data protection supervisory authority of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77(1) GDPR); in Germany the list of authorities is published by the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
